This Reference Manual documents Intel® Math Kernel Library (Intel® MKL) 10.3 Update 5 release.
The following function domains were updated in Intel MKL 10.3 Update 5 with new functions or enhancements to the existing functionality, reflected in the function descriptions and code examples provided in the manual:
GMP* functions, to announce their deprecation in Intel MKL.
BLAS and Sparse BLAS routines, to generally improve content, and correct the data type for mkl_?csrmv and mkl_cspblas_?csrsymv.
LAPACK Auxiliary and Utility routines, to update over 400 function descriptions with the latest Netlib revisions, to add a C interface to LAPACK 3.3.3 functions, and to add descriptions of around 40 LAPACK 3.3.2 auxiliary functions.
ScaLAPACK routines, to make minor updates to p?gecon.
Sparse Solver routines, to reflect the addition of a new PARDISO* and DSS feature to solve transposed and conjugate systems, to generally improve content, and to update descriptions for PARDISO and DSS.
Vector Mathematical functions, to make minor corrections to v?LGamma.
Statistical functions, to correct the description of Compute, and to remove the "kind" row from the table of Convolution and Correlation Task Parameters in Parameters.
Nonlinear Optimization Problem Solvers, to clarify the description of the RCI_Request parameter, to add functions for checking correctness of parameters, and to generally improve content.
Fourier Transform Functions, to add parameter descriptions and refine the description of Configuration Settings to improve usability.
Support functions, to update and extend the description of Timing Functions.
Appendix A: Linear Solvers Basics, to correct matrices in examples.
